Current Focus: Systemizing Scale

What am I currently working on? Leading the evolution, documentation, and governance of a comprehensive company-wide design system at BAM Technologies to bridge the gap between design vision and production-ready code—personally designing every core component and hand-authoring all system guidelines from the ground up.

Core Initiatives

  • Unified Code & Design Alignment: Partnered closely with front-end engineering to translate my Figma UI designs and documentation into a production-ready Angular component library. This established a shared, single source of truth that both designers and developers actively utilize across all active product lines, drastically reducing design debt and accelerating shipping speeds.

  • Accessibility-First DNA: Leading a comprehensive visual accessibility overhaul to align core components with strict WCAG standards. Writing and maintaining all detailed usage guidelines ensures compliance is natively built into the development workflow rather than treated as an afterthought.

  • AI-Native Frameworks: Preparing complex interfaces for future scalability by structuring predictable, highly consistent component behaviors. The design rules and patterns I’m working on allow product teams to implement smart, AI-driven capabilities smoothly and intuitively.
